Basing total portfolio on ETFs. Recommendation wanted! : shares

I’m constructing my portfolio as a newbie in my late 20s (not US based mostly). I’ve about 10k USD that I wish to cut up between these ETFs.

Contemplating the course the world goes into, what’s your opinion on this ETF? I see that the European Union is closely endorsing electrical automobiles, which is why I’m all in favour of investing on this ETF.

I don’t really feel comfy investing in direct shares, so my different selection can be both S&P500 US or world.

I have already got a couple of shares on this ETF, ought to I proceed with it or overlook about it?
