Cowl Genius, an Australian insurtech for embedded safety, introduced that it has acquired US-based embedded guarantee supplier, Clyde Applied sciences. Particulars of the transaction was not disclosed.
The insurtech stated that the belongings acquired will help its continued growth into the medium-sized e-commerce phase.
