David Kotok co-founded Cumberland Advisors in 1973 and has been its Chief Funding Officer since inception. David’s articles and monetary market commentaries have appeared in The New York Instances, The Wall Avenue Journal, Barron’s, and different publications. He’s a frequent contributor to Bloomberg TV and Bloomberg Radio, Yahoo Finance TV, and different media. He has authored or co-authored 4 books, together with the second version of From Bear to Bull with ETFs and Adventures in Muniland. He holds a B.S. in economics from The Wharton Faculty of the College of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in organizational dynamics from The Faculty of Arts and Sciences on the College of Pennsylvania, and an M.A. in philosophy from the College of Pennsylvania.David has served as Program Chairman and at the moment serves as a Director of the International Interdependence Middle (GIC), www.interdependence.org, whose mission is to encourage the growth of worldwide dialogue and free commerce with a purpose to enhance cooperation and understanding amongst nation states, with the aim of decreasing worldwide conflicts and bettering worldwide dwelling requirements. David is a member of the Nationwide Enterprise Economics Points Council (NBEIC), the Nationwide Affiliation for Enterprise Economics (NABE), has served on the Analysis Advisory Board of BCA Analysis and is at the moment on the advisory board of RiskBridge Advisors. He has additionally served as a Commissioner of the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) and on the Treasury Transition Groups for New Jersey Governors Kean and Whitman. Moreover, he has served as a board member of the New Jersey Financial Growth Authority and as Chairman of the New Jersey On line casino Reinvestment Growth Authority.
